Everyday Flow AI is the business brand used by Satish Sharma for AI and automation services. This policy describes this website and information provided directly to Everyday Flow AI. It does not replace the separate policies of client businesses whose workflows we help configure.

Information processed

The preview form processes the name, phone number, business email, business type, requested offering, and task description you enter solely to display a preview in your browser. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and access authentication to deliver and secure the site. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information.

If you contact us directly through an established business channel, we may receive your contact details, business information, and project requirements. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, account passwords, or confidential customer records through a general inquiry.

How information is used

Information received directly is used to respond to requests, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, and address security or support issues. We do not use the demo form to enroll visitors in marketing or messaging programs.

Providers and client workflows

Mobile information and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent is not transferred to unrelated messaging programs. Providers may process information only as needed to deliver an authorized service. Entering details on this website does not constitute SMS consent. This preview has no active SMS subscription program.

AI processing and human review

When a project uses AI, the agreed workflow should identify the information sent to the selected provider and the intended purpose. Sensitive data should be minimized. AI-generated summaries, estimates, and customer responses can be inaccurate and require the review appropriate to the task. Provider retention and model-training settings depend on the selected service and configuration; this website makes no blanket claim that all providers use the same settings.

Retention, security, and requests

Demo form entries are not retained by Everyday Flow AI. Information received through direct business communications is retained as needed for the inquiry, agreed services, business records, and applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards should be applied to live project data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
